Deleting your account and data

You delete your vSysteme account yourself — no emails, no waiting. Below is how to do it and what exactly disappears.

How to delete your account

Open the app → More tab → Settings → Delete account. The app will ask you to confirm with your password — so that your account can’t be deleted by someone who picks up your unlocked phone.

The same is available in a browser at vsysteme.app, if you have already removed the app from your phone.

Can’t sign in? Email support@vsysteme.app from the address your account is registered to — we will delete it manually within 30 days.

What is deleted

Immediately and permanently, with no trash bin and no recovery period:

your name, email address and password;
tasks, recurring rules, courses and the entire history of what’s been done;
chat messages with the people you are connected with — on both sides;
connections with other people, as well as your blocks and reports;
the Telegram link and the log of recognized voice commands;
notification subscriptions and all sign-in sessions.

What stays

Tasks you have set for other people stay with them and simply stop showing the author. Otherwise, a person would silently lose a task they didn’t even know belonged to someone else.

We have no separate archive of deleted accounts: data disappears from the app immediately and for good. Only one thing remains — the daily database backup, which we need in case a disk fails. Backups are kept for a week, so after seven days the last one that still had you in it is gone too.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

Your account stays, and you can keep using the app. Everything is done right in the app — no need to wait for a reply:

A task, recurring rule or course — the cross on the right of its row. Deleted immediately and permanently.
All chat messages with a person — People tab, the cross next to their name. Along with the connection, the messages disappear too, on both sides.
Telegram link — People tab, the “Disconnect” button next to the bot. The log of recognized voice commands is deleted along with it.
Notifications on a device — signing out on that device deletes its notification subscription.

Can’t delete something on this list yourself? Email support@vsysteme.app from the address your account is registered to — we will do it within 30 days.
